Trump tweets that Fox isn't doing enough to get he & Republicans re-elected.

Seriously...imagine if Obama said that about CNN.

Trump's view of the media & reporters is completely anti-American, btw. The 4th Estate is supposed to be one of our most vital watchdogs. Not a campaign arm of one party or the other.

Two things can be true.

1) This is a really stupid tweet by Trump. No network should be helping any party get elected.

2) Obama, or any Democrat, won't say that about CNN, MSNBC or most of the mainstream media because they are on the side of the Democrats.

Trump is slow here, Fox has been moving Left for several years now.

Trumps view is that journalists should do their jobs..they should not drive agenda's and not lie ( Mind Molding I call that) ....which is both true and patriotic.

Most of the networks, sadly, are clearly biased. And most go into pretty strong "campaign mode" every 4 years. I do think Fox is more blatant than CNN, but it's getting closer.

Still, to hear a President talk so openly about that as an expectation. And it's consistent w/ how Trump has been about the media and people in general - it's all about loyalty for him. He doesn't really understand our Constitution or even our basic principles. He'd prefer a monarchy.

Trump should be doing exactly what he is doing, which is alerting those not as bright as he is that this is no longer anything like Roger Ailes Fox News....this is a new thing, and there is no telling how far Left they will end up going.

I'd have to disagree w/ you there. I watch Fox quite a bit - they're still a campaign arm for Republicans, and Trump in particular. They really make no bones about that.

I know shows like Hannity, Ingraham & Tucker are opinion shows, but they toe a very rigid line in support of Trump. I mean, Hannity talks to Trump and advises him regularly. It can't possibly get more partisan than that.

Keeping in mind that almost all so-called journalist outfits make it difficult to know what is true and what is not true because they are actively pushing agendas, and are not interested in telling the truth generally....they are pushing "narratives" (stories, sometimes/often fiction) which they imagine advance their cause.....the are propaganda artists.

Do you rightys watch Fox? They are horribly right and pro-trump. Occasionally they accidentally tell the truth. That is not permitted but they suck up to him all day long.
I guess when your favs are conspiracy channels, it might seem more left, but you have to be far out in the right-wing ozone to think that. Perhaps Breitbart and Infowars is mainstream to you. Maybe it is Blaze? Perhaps Sinclar. They are crap.
