Its illegal for the FBI to threaten Flynn's son in order to get Flynn to plea guilty. Also the prosecutors did not disclose all the parameters of the Flynn plea DEAL. For example not pursuing FARA charges on Flynn's son for a guilty plea from Flynn. The prosecutor was OBLIGATED to disclose that fact.They didn't disclose that fact because it wasn't legal to do. He did not do that. The whole plea deal is defective and can be legally withdrawn.

It’s supposed to stop, right there. Sullivan was supposed to say ‘wait a minute, we need the original 302 or I’m dismissing this’ but he bought the story—whatever the story was for not having the original.
Whatever happened after that, Flynn pleading guilty, Turkey, whatever, it doesn’t matter. There is no material evidence that Flynn lied that would stand up in any honest courtroom.
But this involves Trump, so yeah. That calls for a different set of rules.

That is not even close to illegal. The FBI can threaten to press charges against anyone they want. Flynn believed that they had the evidence to convict his son, which sort of implies that his son was guilty.
Lets not forget his son was an unregistered foreign agent, which is a crime. In fact, it will be perfectly fine to press charges against his son after trump is out of office.

Well no matter. Flynn has withdrawn the plea bargain. No jeopardy has been attached to his son, so at any time in the future his son can be prosecuted.

The FBI did NOT force him to lie.
