You are quite literally living in a fantasy world. trump made up a huge amount of lies about Obama, and continues doing it, and he will never go to prison for those. He may go to prison for his other activity, but not for lying in a political setting.
And just because Republicans block a conviction of trump does not make the allegations lies.
Beyond all that, Schiff is a careful speaker. He could say almost everything he has said in court, and be fine. trump is anything but careful. It is a literal difference in education levels.
