Portnoy then asked his question another way. “The president called it as ‘Obamagate.’ What is it? What are the elements of that crime?” as though he didn’t already know.

McEnany was clearly prepared for the question.

But her answer included not just indictments of the high-level Obama officials exposed earlier this week, but also indictments of many in the mainstream media, who pushed the Russia/Trump collusion hoax for years right along with RATS instead of doing the type of actual journalism that would have led them to the information broken by See-BS News’s Catherine Herridge Wednesday.

• The Steele dossier funded by the RAT National Committee, the opposition political party to the president, was used to obtain FISA warrants to listen in on conversations of people within the Trump campaign.
• There was the unmasking, the identity of Michael Flynn. And we know that in a January 5th meeting in the Oval Office with President Obama, Sally Yates from the Department of Justice learned about the unmasking – not from the Department of Justice or for the FBI. She learned about it from President Obama and was stunned and can barely process what she was hearing at the time because she was stunned of his knowledge of that.
• We know that there was a lot of wrongdoing in the case of Michael Flynn. The FBI notes, for instance, that said we could ‘get him to lie’ as they pontificated their strategy.
• We know that the identity of this three decade general was leaked to the press, a criminal leaked to the press of his identity in violation of his Fourth Amendment rights.”

The FBI during Obama's time in office was auditing Kislyaks phone conversations. The transcript of his conversations said he was talking to an American in Trump's cabal. The agency heads asked for unmasking, which merely told them who he was talking to. They unmask thousands of people every year because sometimes the FBI has to know who the Russian conspirators are. This one was Flynn. So when Obama was told, he warned Trump not to hire him. That is a big deal. Trump ignored him. Then, after Trump took over Yates told trump that Flynn was compromised and likely probable. He fired her.
I read that 17,000 people a year are unmasked. In this case, no honest debater can say it was not needed. This looked and was dirty. He fucking admitted in court, the same court that let him plea down to a much smaller crime than he committed. I hope the court retries him for being an unregistered foreign agent and a double spy.

No crime alleged in this. The FBI obtained warrants based on information it had in it's possession. No FISA warrant was issued to listen in on Trump campaign so the allegation includes a falsehood.
