While I'd certainly like to confirm a diagnosis, but in the end, as long as I'm self-quarantining, it doesn't matter since there is no cure or vaccine. It's like going to the doctor for a cold. What's s/he going to say? "Drink plenty of water, get bed rest and take aspirin...now pay the receptionist your copay". Obviously if it becomes serious, it's doctor-time. So far, both of us just have mild headaches and a little fever. The chills I had last night didn't last long. Testing is more for tracking the disease than helping patients.

In the end, it's the body count that tells the tale, not a mild headache and mild fever.

Do you have any references backing those numbers?

If the disease is real, then why are you claiming the numbers are the same? Yes, the disease only has a 3% mortality rate. Most people are barely affected. The 3%, not so much.

Not only did the WHO allow the bug to spread on a global basis by refusing to release the actual data from CHINA back in the fall of 2019......their first action was to send out millions of tests that resulted in an 80% false positive. Just ask the Canucks about their dealings with the Chicoms and the WHO …….they paid for protective equipment with a medical order to China and found out they were sent worthless faulty medical equipment.

When one nation ordered tests from the WHO they sent in swabs from a goat and Pawpaw (fruit)…..both tested positive for the Virus...…..

While I don't trust the data out of Russia and China, I do trust the data from the Texas and Federal government. If we assume every person in NY state has had Covid we get a mortaly rate of .15% which is already 50% more than your claim. If we look at Queens and assume everyone there has had Covid we get a mortality rate of .26%, more than double your claimed rate. When we get to the Bronx the rate is .28% if we simply divide deaths by population. The only one talking out of their ass is you when you claim 99.9% recover in 3 days.

If 100% of a population MUST be infected to achieve your .1% mortality rate then the false positive MUST be 0% for that population. There is no way for it to be 80% false positives. Then he cherry picks a large flu season while not including the worst months of Covid deaths. By March 30th there were only 4,000 deaths in the US from Covid 19.

The worst part of it is your claim that March was the height of the pandemic. April was. By March 20 we only had 70 deaths from Covid. If we simply compare the worst week from 2018 and 2020 we see that 2020 has more deaths in one week than any time in 2018. A four week period in 2020 is worse than the worst 4 week period in 2018.

At this point we are averaging 13,000 more deaths per week than during 2018 or 2019. You are free to stick you head in the sand but numbers don't lie. When final numbers come in for April we will probably be 25,000 more deaths from the beginning of the year to the end of April than in 2018
