Default Bill Barr Twisted My Words in Dropping the Flynn Case. Here’s the Truth.

But the report of my interview is no support for Mr. Barr’s dismissal of the Flynn case. It does not suggest that the F.B.I. had no counterintelligence reason for investigating Mr. Flynn. It does not suggest that the F.B.I.’s interview of Mr. Flynn — which led to the false-statements charge — was unlawful or unjustified. It does not support that Mr. Flynn’s false statements were not material. And it does not support the Justice Department’s assertion that the continued prosecution of the case against Mr. Flynn, who pleaded guilty to knowingly making material false statements to the FBI, “would not serve the interests of justice.”

Only the Judge can dismiss the case.

The DOJ, Mr. Barr, Trump, or even God cannot dismiss this case.

The judge will usually follow the recommendation of the DOJ if they want to dismiss the case.

No, the judge will follow the law despite the spinning of the right, and this judge knows Flynn and Barr are outside of the law.

The judge does not decide whether to prosecute the case. I guess he could decide to accept the guilty plea.

What did Barr do outside the law? It is a political decision.

The Judge could also ask for a public hearing on the reasoning of the DOJ suddenly dropping the case

Rather suspicious when the lead investigator involved drops out of the case days before billy barr decides to drop the case and the new lead attorney, actually the only attorney whose name is on the case, is an interim attorney with the DOJ

Quite the contrary, more like Trump trying to rewrite the history of his election, and seemingly you haven’t noticed or refuse to acknowledge the fact that it wasn’t Democrats heading the investigation, rather a life long Republican appointed by a Trump nominee to the Trump DOJ
