Actually it's not just SC but the whole southeast.
Tesla CEO Elon Musk hasn’t been shy about how he feels about the lockdown.
Not only has he spoken out on multiple occasions, but Musk is also now putting his money where his mouth is and beginning production at his facility in California despite the fact that it flies in the face of lockdown orders.
Musk tweeted that he will be restarting his production immediately despite lockdown rules and asked that if anyone is arrested, that it be him and only him.
“Tesla is restarting production today against Alameda County rules. I will be on the line with everyone else. If anyone is arrested, I ask that it only be me,” tweeted Musk.
Tesla was told by the state of California that it could return to operations but an unelected official from the county illegally overrode California’s decision.
Despite Gavin Newsom backing down and working with Tesla with Musk’s threat of moving states hanging in there, we may see Tesla move regardless.

"There is no question former President Trump bears moral responsibility. His supporters stormed the Capitol because of the unhinged falsehoods he shouted into the world’s largest megaphone," McConnell wrote. "His behavior during and after the chaos was also unconscionable, from attacking Vice President Mike Pence during the riot to praising the criminals after it ended."

Tesla officially restarted production on Monday at its plant in Fremont, California, albeit not on the local government's terms. CEO Elon Musk confirmed workers are back on the job and specifically said the decision goes against Alameda County's stay-at-home order.
In fact, Musk said he's willing to be placed under arrest as the factory restarts.

I humbly suggest he be detained on Tues, preferably @ home, early enough to insure he'll make it to Santa Rita for Taco Tuesday..
Prisoners are always happier after having their tacos...
