Default FRANCE EXTENDS LOCKDOWN AS EUROPE & USA VIRUS #'S SOAR

The end of APRIL was a FOOLS ERRAND. EASTER was the delusion of a dangerous NARCISSISTIC INCOMPETENT ASSHOLE who doesn't understand we can't BURY BODIES as fast as they would die!

France said Wednesday it would extend a lockdown aimed at slowing the spread of the coronavirus as the death toll soared across Europe and the US — and experts warned the looming global recession could be the worst in decades.

Governments are grappling with how to balance public safety against the devastating economic impact of stay-at-home orders that have erased millions of jobs in a matter of weeks.

More than 80,000 people worldwide have died in the virus crisis, which has sent the global economy spiralling and forced billions of people to remain at home as much as possible.

As the economic downturn starts to bite, health experts stressed that any premature loosening of restrictions could accelerate the spread of a contagion that has already infiltrated nearly every country...

Not sure how which event came first is relevant, fool. If the US of A hadn't intervened, all those Frenchies would be speaking German right now.

LOL! I mentioned that at a dinner party one time. About 10 of us around the table. Someone made a snide remark about the French. I said, remember if it wasn't for the French, who FINANCED our independence and fought with us, we wouldn't be.

It was as if a box of turds had dropped from the ceiling and landed in the middle of the fashionably set table. Dead silence. Finally, one woman at the end of the table, looked over and with complete sincerity, said 'you know had I forgotten about that'.

(My buddy sitting next me, who was a 'national merit scholar, looked confused--I never knew if he got it).

Sounds like your friends are just as uninformed as you are. Birds of a feather...

BTW, the French "financed our independence" to harm their enemies, the British, far more than out of friendship for us. Just thought you should know that.

Well fucking duh! And they're still in a pissing contest 2.5 centuries later for a whole host of reasons. BUT they financed US when we needed it. HELLOOOO!

And why did they "finance us when we needed it"?
Oh yeah. To harm their enemies, far more than to help us. Glad we can agree on that.
