My favorite Metal Band was the band that started it all "Iron Butterfly"!
It all started with their album "Heavy" in 1966. That entire album is ear candy for any metal head.

New German metal band. The original video bugs me so I just got the song here.
I don't think I need to introduce this band. My favorite off the latest album.
One of the most outlandish metal cover songs but I kind of dig it.
Nu-metal favorite from the early 2000s.
From what I remember reading the lyrical translations of this Japanese song is it has an almost poetic despair that would make Edgar Allan Poe weak in the knees. It's from probably the most well known Japanese metal artist that toured with the likes of Korn. And yet they misspelled it as it should be Dir En Grey. Oh well, this was a better quality posting of the song.

One for the ladies
Common sense is not a gift, it's a punishment because you have to deal with everyone who doesn't have it.
Even dying with cancer RJD delivers. I was to one of his last concerts, he was frail and weighed about 90 lbs.
