My life is anything but hard right now and I speak for a very large number of Americans.

Like tens of millions of other healthcare workers I’ve been placed on furlough. The vast majority of us ‘heroes’ are watching the COVID War from the sidelines. We can only take a bleach spray bottle and rag to the elevators before management steps and says ‘we can’t afford to pay you to do that kind of work’.

I understand, totally.

How is Day #2 in everyone else’s world? I’m going to run some errands.

What information do you have that tens of millions of healthcare workers are on furlough?

If they want to project ridiculous numbers based on [failing] models I’m allowed to pull a number out of the air. That said, it almost has to be in the millions. When elective surgeries are cancelled and floors are cleared out—on a national level, just to wait on something that may or may not happen—what do you think happens next?

You have lots of skilled workers sitting around and/or doing housekeeping work. I’m glad they furloughed me because it’s boring as hell.

Hospitals are across the country are facing the same situation. Hospitals aren’t goldmines with unlimited resources. It’s just the opposite with the majority of them—they have thin operating margins and they can’t afford to pay skilled workers to be janitors. Not for more than a week or two.

So here we sit. Millions or tens of millions of us.

IMHO, it's just the latest phase in the unholy alliance between the FDA and pharmaceutical industry. When I saw that chick from the WHO declare a pandemic (and if she didn't, I'll take it back), I practically lept from my chair! The worldwide death toll from this particular strain wasn't even enough to rate a percentage point as to how many people DIE annually in the USA from flu viruses that have been with us ever since I can remember. Interesting that time tested cures and remedies have to wait YEARS before the FDA decides that they can market with declarations of they cure.....while suddenly VACCINES are being rushed through for the N1H1....a flu viruse that compared to others is NOT even exceptionally lethal. As the old saying goes, follow the money!

I have heard that the N1H1 flu is not really any worse than a regular flu.... Infact some reputable sources have told me its not as bad as a regular flu.
Why the hype? What is it about this flu that sets it apart from other flu's?

I went to the ER. It was fully staffed.
Service was incredible.
No wait, was registered, had vitals, blood work, Dr and nurse interviews, x ray and an EKG within 15 minutes, CT scan 20 minutes later, diagnosis and antibiotics all inside 2 hours, sent home with scripts.
Darth is lauded off because his Government is red and many needless deaths will follow.
The entire south will suffer from the loyalist governors.
