    Default So what 'heritage' were Conservatives celebrating in MI with their Confederate flags?

    These people are in Michigan, which was a Union state during the Civil War.

    So they were just waving the Confederate Flag about because of 'heritage' they don't have.

    People can move to one state from another. So if they were born and raised in South Carolina and moved to Michigan it would be part of their heritage.
