For every hospital that is being stressed by COVID patients there’s an unknown [but very large] number of hospitals with empty beds and empty operating rooms. I work at one so I don’t need the video evidence. Lay offs and furloughs—of healthcare workers, are happening all across the country over this.

We are going to start losing hospitals in short order—and then we’ll be left with another kind of healthcare crisis. They seriously need to re-think this business.

Why are there so many hospitals with empty beds and operating rooms? Is it because they are there waiting on Covid patients to arrive and pushed everyone else out?
