I hadn’t listened to him in awhile, I was dumbfounded by his answers and his treatment of reporters. His withholding ventilators, he thinks the feds need to keep some. He needs an agency to coordinate the machines and supplies and circulate them according to need. Those ventilators are sitting there while there are Americans that will die without them. It makes no sense.
