Biden does 180, supports Trump's 'racist' China travel ban

Does this make Biden a racist now then? And since the travel ban was done very early on in this crisis...all the way back when Democrats were distracting the country with impeachment (and when Trump was calling for action on COVID in the SOTU speech that Pelosi ripped up), does this admission that President Trump was right all along mean that anti-science Democrats were lying when they accused Trump of under-reacting...or that Biden is now somehow UNDER-reacting WITH Trump? The people who blocked emergency relief for partisan games and who put party before country at every turn of this crisis have some very confusing and inconsistent positions at this point.
