Nope. After the WHO and the CDC recognized the virus as a threat, Trump began contradicting them because he thought it might hurt his presidency. And even when the doctors were saying that the risk is low, but we should be careful in order to keep it low, Trump was lying about it being another Democrat hoax. Trump acts like a toddler, which is funny and all, but now it's destroying the country you pretend to love.

Yes and no. As president, Trump's words matter. If he says this is no big deal, it's just a hoax, people will listen to him. So that makes it Trump's fault that people are still gathering in churches and for parties.
