Werewolf Dairy plants dump 30,000 gallons a day of unused milk as demand plummets

WEST BEND, Wis. — Many dairy processing plants across Wisconsin have more product than they can handle and that’s forced farmers to begin dumping their milk down the drain.

The coronavirus has dried up the marketplace for dairy products as restaurants, schools and food service businesses have been closed. About one-third of the state’s dairy products, mostly cheese, are sold in the food-service trade.

The Journal Sentinel reports that Elbe’s cooperative Dairy Farmers of America has agreed to pay them for milk that’s being dumped. But like most cooperatives, DFA can only afford to do that for so long.

Elbe’s parents started the farm with 80 cows in 1991, an operation that has grown to 2,400 cows today.
"There is no question former President Trump bears moral responsibility. His supporters stormed the Capitol because of the unhinged falsehoods he shouted into the world’s largest megaphone," McConnell wrote. "His behavior during and after the chaos was also unconscionable, from attacking Vice President Mike Pence during the riot to praising the criminals after it ended."

    People say Communism is inefficiet.
Rightfully so it is the Truth.

Similar can be said about Capitalism..

This is such an example of Capitalist inefficiency.

Capitalism as a governmental model, which our country is. Powerful lobbies demand govt. subsidies, which skews prices.

We grow too much corn, and produce too much milk. But...it's great for those in Washington who reap the benefits of lobbying dollars.

Ironically, this was a big part of the trade dispute with Canada. We tried to flood their markets with dehydrated milk, and they acted to protect their own dairy industry.

NAFTA 2.0 supposedly rammed more of our tainted milk products down Canada's throat.

See above. We pawn off our tainted dairy on everyone. Most in Europe don't want our tainted food.

Our milk is tainted with hormones because of Capitalists maximizing profit.

Capitalists cut corners just like Communists do.

The issue is monopolies become too powerful & create junk just like Communists become the monopoly & create junk.
