Come one people, just how hard is this?
Please stop thinking like a communist for a minute. Palm Beach County is one of the three bluest(and richest)counties in Florida. They absolutely HATE Trump and the GOP in general, but watch what they do in this situation. What do you think the county would do with that land if they cancel the lease and seize it for back taxes? The way you jackasses feel about money(especially other people's money), can you think of any rich socialist democrats who would risk owning such a capitalist monstrosity? Nah, they're gonna kiss Trump's ass, and they should.

PS This was the ONLY house the Clintons owned until he left the WHITE HOUSE.
PSS And they didn't own a golf course.
I don't give a rat's ass if they lived in a refrigerator box and shit in a pickle jar, right now they're just another pair of rich socialist criminal hypocrites

HEELLLLO!! Being a BLUE COUNTY if they turn him down he will SCREAM POLITICAL "HIT JOB"! Unfair treatment. "Disgusting" people. "Sick" people. "Political hacks." He's been at war with his NEWLY DECLARED county for YEARS over a whole hosts of issues--the pettier and more money he can cost them, the better. SO NOW he'll call it political payback too boot.

They better damn well NOT give him one bit of preferential treatment. Get the fuck in LINE behind everyone else DONNY!

Don't see the analogy Bill. Debt relief doesn't equate to jumping off a bridge or maybe you can explain.
A buddy of mine still in practice just called me to tell me he's eligible for an SBA loan to pay his employees and expenses, let's say $50,000 and he'd be exempt from paying back $10,000 of it. (Not so sure I'd take it.)

It's ok for you Doris, lounging around your swimming pool and buying crap on eBay all day! You've retired and don't really give a stuff about all those about to lose their jobs.

We are a banana republic with this clown criminal potus.

I could not advise anyone to obey the law with a straight face. Why should anyone? The rich don't do it.
The Potus doesn't even do it FFS? Get what you can while you can. That is the moral authority.

    Disgusting. REpublicans are DISGUSTING

I would want someone to look @ it first... $10,000 isn't much if you are going to have problems..

It is really hard to comment since the specifics are a mystery...

I kinda think I'd save more by laying off my employees rather than pay them with a loan minus $10,000. I couldn't have retired at a better time. So glad I don't have to deal with all this.
I'm just wondering what the long term fallout will be. $2 trillion of "free" money isn't free. I suspect hyperinflation and/or Long term bear market and recession. Who knows? This is unprecedented.
I still have most everything in cash for now.

Yes, I have sold lots, & have cash sitting on the sidelines.. lol, yep free money~free lunches..

You could not have timed it better but as a side note: are you all out or are they making payments??

I got rid of some property a few months ago & I am a bit concerned about it (five years & then a balloon payment), & will find out soon if things are going to be a problem..

All out of the business you mean? If so , yes. I received a one time cash payment and the guy put me thru hell for about 6 weeks with the negotiations. Turns out it was for his satellite office, his dentist working there quit shortly after and he had to close the office. Karma.

I imagine that Putin is pretty busy right now, trying to hide Russia's growing catastrophe from the rest of the world.

None of that will be necessary, but it sounds like fun

Nope, I'm betting it will happen quickly for everyone

Who knows. They were directed to his main office across town. No doubt they'll scatter. But yes, you're right, the timing could not have been better.
