Default TRUMP ORG SEEKS DEBT RELIEF FROM DEUTSCHE BANK & PALM BEACH COUNTY FL

And there goes REVENUE (or deferred) from his newly adopted HOMETOWN. Before ANYONE ELSE can even get their banks or unemployment offices on the phone, TRUMP GOT 'HIS'. Trump had his hand out FIRST!

And in Florida, the Trump Organization sought guidance last week from Palm Beach County
about whether it expected the company to continue making monthly payments on county land that
it leases for a 27-hole golf club.

All over the country, businesses large and small are seeking breathing room from their lenders, landlords and business partners as they face the financial fallout from the coronavirus crisis.

President Trump’s family company is among those looking for help.

With some of its golf courses and hotels closed amid the economic lockdown, the Trump Organization has been exploring whether it can delay payments on some of its loans and other financial obligations, according to people familiar with the matter and documents reviewed by The New York Times.
Representatives of Mr. Trump’s company have recently spoken with Deutsche Bank, the president’s largest creditor, about the possibility of postponing payments on at least some of its loans from the bank.

And in Florida, the Trump Organization sought guidance last week from Palm Beach County about whether it expected the company to continue making monthly payments on county land that it leases for a 27-hole golf club.

The discussions with Deutsche Bank and Palm Beach County are preliminary, and it isn’t clear whether Mr. Trump’s company will be able to delay or reduce its payments, according to people briefed on the discussions...

    Gee, do you think?

"The Trump Organization’s requests put lenders and landlords in
the awkward position of having to accede or risk alienating Mr. Trump."

    Why is he seeking relief??

He brags about all his money.

Well he would love to clear that up for you, but he is under audit. & his attorney said not to.. Not that he has anything to hide, like his school records, that proves it greatly..

This is not the kind of business we should be worried about going under. Man, if this guy is so rich, as he brags, he should not be over extended, He should have his own rainy day fund. And he should be required to continue to pay all of the workers full salary, whether they are able to work or must remain at home. The county needs that lease income now more than ever. He claimed he was worth $10 Billion during the 2016 campaign.

It’s got to have him very worried, I have read that his properties are heavily mortgaged. It’s why he wanted to open back up on Easter. He knows what it’s like to be bankrupt, last time he had Fred to bail him out, maybe Putin will give him a loan.

Do you have the same problems with any other businesses that lease county land, or just those with the Trump name attached to them? That place has been around since 1999, obviously he's been a pretty good tenant for 20 years and I'll bet PBC doesn't want to permanently lose that revenue stream
