Trump stopped entry nearly two weeks after the first case coming from China hit the US, and it didn't stop all travelers coming from China, only Chinese natives, meaning its consequences aren't to be overblown, could have done a lot more if he had taken the virus serious at that point rather than attemptimg to pass it off as nothing concerning
