    Correct.

Obligation is a requirement, dude. FEMA does not stop hurricanes nor do anything but distribute money for the States.

Lie. You made it a question of supplying.

    That's supplying.

Governors are not required to supply hospitals either. They do not have to bid on anything.

    They already are.

He never said millions of test kits, and the States did get them.

    He never said that either.

It is a flu. Covid-19 is a flu. It a variant of SARS, another flu.

We do have shots for treating it.

    We already have them.
Got to love this, now next time, we will be responding article by article? Not easy processing a complete thought I see

    It is a responsibility

But they do out of commitment to American citizens

Logistics means the distribution of resources

    Did

Pence did, same thing, and States didn't get them as promised

    Irrelevant semantics

Now we got preventive shots for COVID-19?

    Duh, I just said that

The President and the federal government is not required to supply hospitals, other than veteran and military hospitals.

Argument from randU fallacy. You are making stuff now. News polls mean NOTHING.

Speculation. My governor is not fighting for me. Many people around the State of Washington are saying the same thing.
Nah, just went thru this idiocy once already, if you can't process and respond in complete thoughts don't bother, ain't into high school debate games

Is it not true? The States are virtually bidding against each other and even the Federal Gov't to acquire the necessary resources, Trump ain't even handling logistics, fact, and if you don't think that it is a fact feel free to invalidate it

WRONG. The government is not responsible for supplying hospitals, except the federal government supplying military and veteran hospitals.

I respond to each argument made as separate responses. You do not get to dictate the form of my responses.

Nope. No bidding against each other. Government is not responsible for supplying hospitals. All you are seeing is governors whining, like they usually do.
