Calling all of us, any of us PRICKS or CUNTS or any variation is NOT going to make your BULLSHIT FAKE STATS any more accurate. AND your belligerence and bile makes YOU look pitifully ill-informed. Which we know you don't give a shit about. So for the rest of the board who might actually like FACTS...

    AH3N2

In the USA, there were over 23,000 confirmed cases of influenza A viruses betweenOctober 2017 and February 2018; of these 89.9 per cent were A(H3N2) viruses. At the season's peak, influenza A viruses were responsible for 7.7 per cent of all hospitalizations and 10.1 per cent of deaths in the USA (Budd et al.Dec 4, 2019)

    https://academic.oup.com/ve/article/5/2/vez046/5651259

THE ABOVE AND BELOW DON'T ADD UP TO 80,000. WTF ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?

The 2009 H1N1 Pandemic: A New Flu Virus Emerges
The (H1N1)pdm09 virus was very different from H1N1 viruses that were circulating at the time of the pandemic. Few young people had any existing immunity (as detected by antibody response) to the (H1N1)pdm09 virus, but nearly one-third of people over 60 years old had antibodies against this virus, likely from exposure to an older H1N1 virus earlier in their lives. Since the (H1N1)pdm09 virus was very different from circulating H1N1 viruses, vaccination with seasonal flu vaccines offered little cross-protection against (H1N1)pdm09 virus infection. While a monovalent (H1N1)pdm09 vaccine was produced, it was not available in large quantities until late November—after the peak of illness during the second wave had come and gone in the United States. From April 12, 2009 to April 10, 2010, CDC estimated there were 60.8 million cases (range: 43.3-89.3 million), 274,304 hospitalizations (range: 195,086-402,719), and 12,469 deaths (range: 8868-18,306) in the United States due to the (H1N1)pdm09 virus.

Yep. I was taking a late afternoon nap and slept right through it.

I was in the Loma Prieta quake in 1989. Made this one look lame.

What's in these test kits anyway? Maybe Trump could eat the raw materials and shit out these tests faster than industry can manufacture them? You got a bio-medical degree? How about supply chain management? You know anything about that? You should jot all your ideas down(in crayon, of course)and send them of to the politicians, who are evidently the only ones who can save us.

Have you heard from those two babbling eggplants bernie and biden lately? Absolutely clueless, the both of them. Do you REALLY want one of those idiots running the show when neither of them can put two sentences together to explain what they would do differently? How about the economy? What's in the jackass platform to bring the economy back? Higher taxes? Green new deal? Medicare for all? I'll tell you what the platform is, cross your fingers and hope this pandemic fizzles out over the summer, let Trump put the economy back on track basically just by letting people go back to work, and take credit for it all again before the election. So just cross your fingers and STFU

Trump spun his wheels for about 6 weeks. He is responsible for lots of cases and deaths. His test kits were typical Trumpian fiasco. Now they are finally doing them, the labs that process them cannot keep up. One lab has a 160,000 kit backup. What a mess.

Trump didn't drop the ball. He hid the ball and pretended he didn't know it existed.

Let’s face it, guys: We’re done.

It is a tragedy that so much of the work that so many men and women toiled at for so long to make this a better country, and a better world, has been thrown away, leaving us all in such needless peril.

This is why our separation in all but name is necessary.

not true, and because you don't understand how the testing actually works, you don't understand it

Yes, Fauci is a smart guy but he isn't being honest with Trump or the American people. I know what I am talking about. You do not. If you did, you wouldn't be saying stupid things

Nope. I have been very consistent and have not changed one iota.

You don't understand the testing. How it is done, the science behind it and what is and isn't tested. You are a sheep. But, the reality is that you don't want to understand. Being ignorant suits you because it allows you to make baseless accusations.

Why are we not all being tested? Trump is killing us by suffocation and kidney failure. Get him the fuck out! First The Hague and then the "spandau ballet" for Trump and his crime family. Trump is stealing in the midst of the chaos.

Why are we not all being tested? This will not be under control until testing is done in a systematic way.

Not only should all the humans be tested but pets as well.

We don't even know if cats and dogs can get this, if they have symptoms, if they can pass it along without showing any signs of it, etc.

And we are not moving any closer to knowing any of those answers because no testing is being done on animals.

The only animals tested were at the Bronx Zoo, where several large cats came down with the virus and had dry coughing. They tested positive.

    It IS a flu.

We ARE making vaccines for it.
