Courts aren't supposed to write laws, that's what legislators are for. But this is a bad law, anyway. How are the landlords supposed to pay their bills when their tenants don't have to pay rent.?

Neither the Attorney General nor any court in Pennsylvania has the authority to change the State constitution, nor change the Constitution of the United States. Seizure of private property for use as welfare services like this, and failing to open the courts to all, violates the 1st and 17th sections of the PA State constitution and the 4th amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

They are being hammered here in PA, our governor said today they are backlogged. I will give credit where credit is due, our governor (a dem) is on top of things here and the chief medical officer, he/she (it's a transgendered man to a woman) is also doing a very good job. Our local hospitals are prepared, they too, are on top of things here.
