Default After Republicans lose in a landslide like in midterms, Trump indicted?

After Republicans lose in a landslide in November and the impeached scumbag is booted from office
how quickly will state governments move to indict him, as he will no longer have any claim to executive
    immunity.

We all know and therefore do agree this election will be a continuation of midterm bloodbath and a backlash for Trump stealing the last general election
using Russian influence, and that his presidency has been an unmitigated disaster, but will prosecutors move immediately to frog march
the fake impeached narcissistic criminal clown traitor degenerate adulterous pandering payola hush money mendacious cur immediately, or
will the delay a seasonable duration to methodically gather evidence and witnesses before summarily executing him by lethal injection?

The following source claims the affirmative and with dispatch.

NY has cases. Does ANYONE with half a brai think TRUMP's sudden decision at age 73 to become a Floridian was because he wanted our electoral votes which he already 'won'? Yeah, sure that's why.

Here's a guess: Immediately upon losing the election he will fly to Russia as a refugee and seek asylum and immunity from US law.

That's a hedge on going bankrupt from all the legal fees associate with trying to drag cases out forever.

Anyone in Florida who goes bankrupt gets to keep their primary residence if it is owned free and clear.

So, if one owns a primary residence worth, say $50 million, then they can simply wait until after the bankruptcy case is settled, then sell the place, collect the cash, have absolutely no obligation to pay anybody that got stiffed in the bankruptcy, and be free to buy a lessor residence and have all that case to live a life of luxury after having stiffed everybody they owed money to in the bankruptcy.

He probably would do that if he lost, but with Biden, he's going to win.

I bet all his personal properties are mortgaged to the gills. I don’t think Golden Toilet Bowl owns anything free and clear.

The Democrat party voted for $25 million dollars to fund Kennedy Dance theater in order to stop WeFlu. Idiots. Selfish, American hating idiots.
"I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that's a storybook, man."
    — Joe Biden on Obama.

Socialism is just the modern word for monarchy.

D.C. has become a Guild System with an hierarchy and line of accession much like the Royal Court or priestly classes.

Private citizens are perfectly able of doing a better job without "apprenticing".

Biden has to say only one thing.

    "I am not him."

That will do it for enough voters.

How will he repay the oligarch loansharks who compromised him? I'd take my chances with the FBI instead
