Actually nothing now as I no longer have to pay National Insurance. The NHS is free at the point of use, nobody sensible has ever said it is free. Here is a handy calculator, enjoy!

I live in Thailand!! National Insurance is primarily used to fund the state pension these days, with some left over for the NHS. The biggest problem is the NHS takes on too many responsibilities. It was never intended to do non medical elective surgeries like gender realignment and cosmetic surgery.
