    Temporary condition - future uncertainty, combined w/ what was an inevitable correction.

    When this thing clears, the market is going to rebound in a big way (imo).

    this is quite obvious. There isn't an underlying issue with our economy right now, it's down because people simply aren't spending money. Virus cured = money spent = economy back in high gear.

    After this it might be awhile before people get back to spending extra money the way it was before the panic.

    The only caveat is how many underlying issues this downturn creates. Particularly with unemployment & small businesses. It's not as simple as just snapping fingers.

    That said, the optimism that would return once the virus is over will probably make up for some of the uncertainties/variables.

    We haven't seen a drop in the Dow like this since the last republican was in the White House.
