His Democrat handlers will soon begin to use the COVID-19 virus as and excuse for why he is missing in action, and cannot speak live to the media, the public, etc. Instead he will use carefully choreographed studio videos do his communicating.

I cannot believe that a man with conspicuous cognitive deficiency is going to win the Democrat Presidential nomination and run against Trump in the 2020 Nov election.

Biden's state of mind should have automatically disqualified him from the electoral race a long time ago. He is disoriented, confused, forgetful unfocused, subject to grossly inappropriate angry/ridiculous outbursts, insulting his own supporters with profane language, unsure of where he is, making up bizzare rambling, incoherent stories, and the list of dysfunctional behaviours goes on He was given a thorough medical, but guess which was the only item on a comprehensive checklist that was not scientifically tested? That's right, "Cognitive Function." The physician running Biden's health check test was obviously paid not to measure/assess Biden's cognitive function, and came up with the excuse that since Biden was obviously coping satisfactorily with the demands of the Primaries ( a lie) his brain must, of course, be Ok !!
