Um...no, the facts being cited obviously are not from the Obama appointee who provably concluded the opposite of what the facts showed. It's from the part where the FBI and DOJ were caught deliberately falsifying evidence and violating the Woods Procedure to lie to a federal judge so they could illegally spy on and frame Trump (it's all right there in the record for anyone to see, Democrats claimed in writing that the dossier was valid, verified evidence KNOWING it was DNC-funded misinformation. When the FBI/DOJ sought the illegal wiretaps to spy on and frame Trump, they deliberately lied on the forms and violated the Woods Procedure to misrepresent the dossier, which everyone involved knew was DNC-manufactured trash, as legitimate, verified evidence. They straight up lied to a federal judge, perjured themselves, and committed major felonies to frame their opponent. That is a matter of record.

The dossier was first obtained by the FBI on 7/5/16. The formal investigation was opened on 7/31/16. It was repeatedly leaked to the press for MONTHS before Trump was elected to prevent him from winning, while simultaneously being used to illegally spy and launch bullshit investigations. It was a smear campaign that turned into a straight-up coup attempt, whether Democrats can face the fact that they rooted for open treason (while falsely smearing their opponents of doing what only they were actually doing) or not.
