I've never seen the dim party so completely split.
Went to democratic underground forum to figure out why half the dims seem to hate Bernie. That led me to JackPineRadicals.com. Whew! Never seen so much hate in the same political party.

In the end they will find a way to coalesce around Bernie

Socialism is just the modern word for monarchy.

D.C. has become a Guild System with an hierarchy and line of accession much like the Royal Court or priestly classes.

The Democrat establishment cheated Sanders out of the presidency last time. So- despite opposition from both them and the Republican establishment Sanders is up and flying. The country, it seems, craves some maturity at the helm- after the kindergarten klutz who looms large in the current loony bin doorway.

    (sigh)

We've abandoned rationality when it comes to Presidential politics. Last 2 cycles there have been a wide range of decent to excellent candidates, and we end up with guys like Trump & Bernie.

Probably won't change. In a way, running for President requires you to be a little crazy these days. We're not gonna get the best & the brightest anymore.

Independents and moderates will gravitate to Trump. Especially with the good times we're seeing.
    Bernie is too radical.

Sarah Sanders highlighted the negatives of a Bernie Sanders coalition and listed Trump's strengths.

"Bernie has a small kind of coalition that I think has a low ceiling. I think it's going to be hard for him to overcome that in a general election whereas the president has expanded very far beyond his 2016 base, in large part because of the success of his," Sanders said. "Say the economy is booming. Every demographic is doing better under this president and you're going to see that change the makeup of the voters that come out and support him in November."
