If you don't have a Purple Heart or not a POW, and don't have a service connected disabilities. You can still register online to shop at the military exchange stores online, all you have to be is Honorable discharged. I signed up last year and get exchange sales email almost everyday. There is no taxes either. Free shipping over $49.00. https://www.shopmyexchange.com/ This is only online, you can't shop in brick and mortar stores.
