Can someone come up with a single example of how Russia could influence any American to support or oppose a political candidate.

They will point to those craptacular facebook ads that showed up on conservatives' timelines and said nonsense about Hillary in the last election. Nobody believed them, they were clearly nonsense. But hey... Russians have been writing letters to the editors and trying to influence this stuff since I first started studying cryptology in the Navy and long before that as well. This is, quite literally, nothing at all new. The only difference is now the left thinks people are stupid enough to believe that it is new and that it helped Trump.

European and American democratic socialists have never advocated for totalitarianism, the abolishment of democracy, nor the arrest and imprisonment of opposition political parties.

I suggest finding a source other than Rush Limbaugh for information about Russian history.

Your eyes and ears see and hear differently than the rest of us then. The press is the enemy of the people? "Deep state"? Advocating throwing journalists and political opponents in prison? Admiration and praise for despots like Erdogan, Putin, Duterte, etc. ?Isolationism and nationalism at every love-me-long-time campaign spectacle? Disregard of the Constitution? Using appointed govt. officials as his personal attorneys? Using his personal attorney as a "fixer" in dealings with foreign nations? Using the very office of the Presidency to cash in with his personal business holdings? Appointing family members to government positions and forcing the intel agencies to give them top secret clearance?

Imagine for a moment if the individual doing these things was named Obama. How would you think about him then?
