I'd be careful with deregulation, a good deal of what you call deregulation is actually the loss of consumer protection, i.e., stalling on fidiciary rules, ending some class action lawsuits, slacking environmental concerns, loss of comsumer security, etc
You left out family values, once a banner for conservatism; concern over deficits and debt, which we were told was a core conservative principle; judicial restraint, again, a consistent theme of Republican thought; weak Federal Gov't/Executive power, supposedly central to right thinking; and others of lesser extent
