lmao... do you have a clue how our justice system works? Do you have any idea who is indeed at the top of the food chain?

You do know the President has the power to pardon, commute or reduce any sentence on a federal conviction?

No matter how deep the swamp... he can still provide them a 1 finger salute.

Right, thats how it works, the judge almost never gives what the prosecutors ask for... But the DOJ asked for 7-9 years, Trump complained, Barr pulled the recommendation, then Barr's employee went in and asked for the 7 - 9 years anyway, saying he would not be bullied by Barr or Trump, even though they are his bosses.

Yup, he is the boss of the DOJ attorneys.... The ones who went in to court and went with the recommendation that Barr and Trump pulled.

Thanks for proving you are an idiot... yet again.

    1) he did not 'tell them' to do anything.
    2) the DoJ and the President have NO power over the judges decision. They can suggest a sentence the same as the defense attorneys can.
    3) After the Judge sentences him... then Trump can do whatever he wants.

The judicial branch is independent of the executive.

Trump does have the Pardon power, and he will use it.

Gotta love a country that will allow the man who he committed egregious criminal acts for to pardon him............WTF????
"There is no question former President Trump bears moral responsibility. His supporters stormed the Capitol because of the unhinged falsehoods he shouted into the world’s largest megaphone," McConnell wrote. "His behavior during and after the chaos was also unconscionable, from attacking Vice President Mike Pence during the riot to praising the criminals after it ended."

He lied to investigators hired to promulgate a false premise and politically driven from start to finish, are you fucking serious? You've never been right about anything matey, yet you appear to have a neck made from solid brass.
