Certainly. IMO "Christian" conservatives in America are everything BUT Christian. You proved it by claiming that we cannot afford a national health care plan. Yes, we can. We can do just about anything if we set our minds to it. Until recently, that has been our national belief in ourselves as Americans.

YOU (so-called conservatives) simply do not want to provide all of our citizens with access to health care. You've been bitching and screaming about "Obamacare" for over 10 years now. Yet you favor give-aways to ppl who already have more money than 10 people could spend in a lifetime. Why? Because you've all been taught that this will somehow equate to "death panels" and will include those who are here illegally. You've embraced the very opposite of Jesus Christ's teachings and decided that "I've got mine so fuck the rest of you all" is a good way to be. You all have extended this refusal to care for others to a desire to destroy the entire safety net -- medicaid, food stamps, "welfare," disability, etc. etc. In some cases this is because of an unwarranted fear that somehow an illegal is going to get some. In other cases it's because you all wrongfully believe that everyone receiving these benefits of society is a lazy slackard. What's really interesting about this stupid belief is that when it's pointed out that most of the people who received food stamps, as one example, are either children, the elderly, military families, or disabled -- then suddenly the song changes to "Well, it's okay if *those* ppl get benefits." Think about that for a while. WWJD, mm?
