Default Why canít the DOJ make up its mind?

Lying to investigators is either a crime or it isnít.

McCabe Ďlacked candorí on four different occasions, while under oath, and was fired for it. In contrast, any and every person even tangentially associated with Trump gets the hammer for lying to investigatorsóeven when not under oath.

Perhaps the absurd euphemism Ďlacked candorí was a clue that McCabe was never in serious legal jeopardy for *lying* under oath.

Maybe someone can explains how that works.

    Or not.
Coup has started. First of many steps. Impeachment will follow ultimately~WB attorney Mark Zaid, January 2017

No one can explain how that works but it had better stop.

I hear that this is not over.

    Veremos.

They're probably waiting for Rudy Giulliani to finish his 'investigation'. (?)

How does that explain the apparent double standard?

    Not that that explains anything.

Probably some prosecutors like the Trump haters on the Stone prosecution...and jury.

    How so lol?

You promise Democrats won’t try to impeach Trump if he steps in to correct the double standard?
