Here is a big problem with Republican thinking:
They wish to count only citizens for representation in Congress.
But they tax everybody.
For the 'whole persons' who have no representation, but definitely have taxation, it amounts to taxation without representation.
Sorry, Republicans. Your plan violates the Constitution.
