Barr had an iron clad case against both, Comey and McCabe.....both were referred to the DOJ by IG Horowitz for prosecution for being LESS than CANDID while under oath. What are we to conclude? The IG makes criminal referrals on both Comey and McCabe. Special Prosecutor Durham makes a public statement that he disagrees with Horowitz who is attempting to hide greater crimes than lying under oath by tossing 2 minor actors under the bus.

Durham is still working......right now his target is the Obama appointed heads of the CIA and the Director of National Intelligence ….both are guilty of feeding lies to the FBI in order to spy on Donald J. Trump both before the election and during his presidency. Comey and McCabe are nothing but chum in the water....both or either can be prosecuted by Durham....at his leisure. The transparent objective is to EDUCATE the PEOPLE first before dropping the hammer.

McCabe was not prosecuted because they had nothing on a 20 year FBI veteran with no crimes at all in his background. it would have been a huge waste of time and resources.

Simply review THE FACTS. The IG report on FISA abuse recorded the fact that McCabe lied "4" times.....3 times under oath. On Oct. 31, 2016 McCabe lied to his boss Comey. May 9th, 2017 he LIED UNDER OATH to INSD investigators. July 28, 2017 he lied to the Inspector General UNDER OATH. Nov. 27, 2017 he lied a 2nd time to the Inspector General UNDER OATH.

Facts are pesky things....they might lead one to believe that the case was dropped so AG might drop 2 other cases without presenting the optics of unfairness. Flynn and Stone.

Lying under oath is either a crime or it isn’t, regardless of whether the investigation produced a crime.

At least that’s the standard that was applied to Stone. Personally, as a matter of criminal justice reform, in instances where the investigation was fruitless [aka a waste of time and taxpayer money] all lying charges should be dropped. That would put the stop to a lot of prosecutorial shenanigans.

Ralphie may be on to something. One reason to not prosecute McCabe may have to do with the Durham investigation. At least if that’s the case, it’s not like they would tell us lol. McCabe’s potential legal exposure has to do with crimes much bigger than lying under oath.

Durham could use the charge to give McCabe ‘the Flynn treatment’.

And that would be poetic.
