The interesting thing about Durham is he’s outside the Swamp. In theory at least, even Barr has limited control over him. So, we’re going to all find out what kind of prosecutor Durham is at some point. If McCabe *isn’t charged* by Durham for signing off on a false FISA application—we’ll all know what kind of prosecutor Durham is.
