I was just thinking the exact same thing.

I see you lack understanding of the jury system. You really should serve so you understand.

Well, he has been fired thus far. And committing UCMJ-level offenses does not mean you will be charged with them (especially if you're a Democrat, hence the point of the thread). And even if his prediction ends up being wrong, let's compare that to the Democrats' track record on predictions...

Admitting you lied vs. being "convicted" by a biased jury that was caught lying, all based on a debunked partisan hoax? And you think the former indicates less guilt than the latter?

Yes, that's ME lacking understanding of the system.

Blind denial doesn't make facts go away. Try again. You're talking about a blatant partisan hack who has now been caught lying about her partisan prejudices. THAT'S who voted to railroad Roger Stone for jaywalking.

Anything else you'd care to lie about or are you good for now?

"He has been fired thus far..." Is that the RWNJ way of saying he was reassigned to another department? And his brother was fired too, because?

This is a good point as well...Democrats not only demand that their opponents face penalties that DEMOCRATS never face for the same exact crimes...but also that their opponents face far worse penalties than the illegal immigrant rapists and murderers they protect at every turn.

Dems demand harsh punishment for Roger Stone – Not violent criminals and illegal immigrants

If the NY Times is RWNJ, sure:

Fake news, Trump claiming bias is another if his lies. There is absolutely no proof of bias.

Not sure what this deflection means so I'll presume it's your defense of trump's spite and vindictiveness. Unlike you, the Vindman brothers don't feel the need to kiss the hem of trump's garment and justify every stupid thing he does.

Napolitano: Roger Stone 'absolutely entitled' to new trial after juror's tweets revealed
    https://thehill.com/homenews/media/4...l-after-jurors
“[Stone is] absolutely entitled to a new trial with a member of a jury making these types of revelations about the politics involved in the decisions to prosecute him,” Napolitano said on “Fox & Friends."

“It is the duty of the judge to ensure that both the government and defendant get a fair trial, and if the judge discovers afterward that there was a built-in inherent bias on the part of a member of a jury against the defendant, that is an automatic trigger for a new trial,” he later explained. “[U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson is] going to have to call those jurors back in and interrogate them or make a decision on the spot.

In January 2019, Hart also sent a since-deleted tweet of Stone's arrest in a pre-dawn raid in Florida while sharing an article outlining his indictment. "Brought to you by the lock her up peanut gallery," Hart wrote.

What a stupid thread. Trump has control of all 3 branches of the government. He has his suckup, Barr, heading justice. You can be sure Barr spared no expense trying to nail Mccabe with something, anything at all. He failed because it does not exist. Trump has wrecked McCabe's reputation and his career. He harmed his retirement cruely. Trump enjoyed taking away his pension a week before he was retiring. Trump is such a petty little dick.
Stone was found guilty of 7 counts of lying and obstruction. He was found guilty of lying to congress and witness intimidation. A jury found him guilty. That makes him guilty. The prosecutors went by the book for recommended jail time. He got what anyone else would get. They went by the book.
The judge has not decided on the punishment yet. She has the guidelines. She uses them as a template. She can award more or less time. You rightys are crying like babies because Stone is a red. But wait until he is sentenced before you weep and tear out your hair. And you are as certain as we are that Trump will pardon him. I don't need your baby tears.

Jesus. There are TWO of you who can't comprehend that pointing out his fraudulent prosecution isn't arguing that he was forced to commit any crime?

    Morons. Morons everywhere.

Except for the article in the post you're responding to. The foreperson provably lied about her biases and the case might be re-tried because of it. Closing your eyes, covering your ears and screaming, "Fake news!" at established facts won't magically make them disappear.
