    Default Appears Moscow Mitch is at it again;

"Senate GOP blocks three election security bills"

"Senate Republicans blocked an effort by Democrats to unanimously pass three election security-related bills Tuesday, marking the latest attempt to clear legislation ahead of the November elections"

"Democrats tried to get consent to pass two bills that require campaigns to alert the FBI and Federal Election Commission (FEC) about foreign offers of assistance, as well as legislation to provide more election funding and ban voting machines from being connected to the internet."

    https://thehill.com/homenews/house/4...security-bills

Now explain how either one of those separate measures don't help protect a secure election?

Well, we all know, Trump certainly isn't going to approve any measure banning foreign involvement in any election, in fact, he encourages such, obviously he never read anything the Founding Fathers had to say on the matter, but banning voting machines in this day in age from being connected to the Internet is complete inanity. And why would he against allocating additional funding?

Lets see if anyone can explain Mitch's rationale

" They are attempting to bypass this body’s Rules Committee on behalf of various bills that will seize control over elections from the states and take it from the states and where do they want to put it? They want it to rest in the hands of Washington, D.C., bureaucrats,” she )(Marsha BLackburn) said.

Says "Marsha BLackburn," which offers nothing as to why anyone would oppose any of these measures

And tell us, other than FEC or FBI, both "unelected" positions, who do you think should be safeguarding our elections?

Like I'm going to get an answer on that one

A Modest Proposal For Separating Blue States From Red

    Dear Red-State Trump Voter,
Let’s face it, guys: We’re done.

It is a tragedy that so much of the work that so many men and women toiled at for so long to make this a better country, and a better world, has been thrown away, leaving us all in such needless peril.

This is why our separation in all but name is necessary.

In 2016 the stable genius tweeted that he lost the popular vote because the election was rigged. In 2020 he will be complaining if the election is NOT rigged in his favor.

Remember: statements have no relationship to the truth; they are only used as long as they help him. As soon as the opposite would help then that is what he shifts to.

The ways of a 'stable genius.'

So three bills passed along straight party lines sent up to the Senate with a request to bypass normal procedures is what you would call how business gets done in the Capital?

No snowflakes; we negotiate these bills in good faith. If you want to shove them down the Republicans throats in the Senate, then you can just cry like little babies when they shove them back in their smug Democratic faces.

Not going to happen; will you kill yourself. People like you are causing me to change my views on abortion. IN your case it was warranted.

Aren't elections tamper proof since ID's are not required to cast a vote?
A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.

Doesn't make a bit of difference if photo ID is required or not -- it's what happens to our votes *after* the polls close that is of concern.
