The "New Way Forward Act" (H.R.5383) that was introduced on 12th December, 2019, by Rep Jesus Garcia (D - IL) is the most radical and extreme Bill in American history. Currently the Bill in very popular in the Democratic Party, and it has 44 Democrat co-sponsors including celebrities like AOC. With regard to Democrat Presidential candidates Elizabeth fauxahontis Warren and "Red" Bernie Sanders have come out in support of the proposal. Considering its lunatic left content it is curious (and disturbing) that there was no fuss made at all when the Bill was introduced; also, to date, the leftist media (CNN, MSNBC, CBS) have not mentioned it at all. That is what's scarey about this proposed legislation, i.e; no one is talking about it- it's happening in the dark.



The "New Way Forward Act" is even crazier than AOC's $97 TRILLION "Green New Deal" resolution, it is socialist madness on the march, and God help America if the Democrats somehow win the 2020 election and take back control of the Senate and the White House, because there is no doubt that they would pass some version of a "New Way Forward" Bill. The "New Way Forward Act" is a lengthy document (4,400 words) but the key points are as follows...



* The Act shields criminal and illegal aliens from deportation

* The Act decriminalises illegal entry to the US

* The Act creates a pathway for deported, illegal, criminal aliens to return to the USA

* The Bill would allow people who have committed serious FELONIES in other countries to move to the US legally

* The Bill would make it impossible for federal immigration officials to detain immigrants no matter how potentially dangerous they are

* The Bill would stipulate that the minimum sentences that require deportation would rise from one year to five years. In essence this means that illegal aliens who are convicted of crimes such as auto theft, weapons offenses, fraud, robbery and in a surprising number of cases, assault, rape, homicide, weapons/human/ drug traffiking, would not be removed from the US.



And here's the "cherry on the top"...



* The "New Way Forward Act" call for the widespread return of criminal aliens who have previously been deported from the US. Any illegal aliens deported since April 1996 - if they would otherwise have been considered un - deportable under the terms of the Bill - would be allowed to come back to the US. (And) not merely come back but have their plane ticket paid for by the law-abiding American tax-payer ! In short, convicted, criminal, illegal aliens deported for felonies like sexual abuse, assaulrt weapons traffiking, robbery etc; would be flown back to America. Between 2002 and 2018, 480,000 people were deported for illegal entry or re-entry to the US; plane tickets to fly this rabble back would cost the tax-payer around $ 1 BILLION. Oh yeah, and you can also add the cost of free health care to the bill.



According to Mr Jesus Garcia, the Democrat who introduced the "New Way Forward Act" if you don't like the proposal it means that (and I kid you not) you are a (quote): "White Supremacist" ! (What kind of parents would christen a baby that they had "Jesus" FFS !)



The "New Way Forward Act" has ZERO chance of getting through the Senate were it somehow to get through the House, but it should frighten the living daylights out of any decent American citizen. As I mentioned above the Democrats would definitely a Bill very much like this one if they were somehow to win the 2020 election (or 2024 election) and take back control of the Senate and the White House.



You might dismiss the threat that the current "New Way Forward Act" poses, but remember that thing can change fast in politics, especially the politics of modern America. What was regarded as extremism or insanity yesterday, has become a Democrat platform today; craziness stalks the corridors of power... banning biological gender, the lunatic "Green New Deal", infanticide in abortion clinics, ending the second Amendment, paying countless billions of dollars in reparations for slavery, the open and aggressive racism of Identity Politics, the Trump impeachment debacle/travesty, House Democrats acting as apologists for Islamic terrorism and actively supporting un -American pro- Islamic organisations, and now this loopy bull shit ??!!
