When Obama was President, he claimed jobs were being created and unemployment was going down. At the same time during his presidency, use of social welfare (food stamps) was going up.

In 2013, which was during Obama's 2nd term, food stamp use hit a record 47.6 million and had been steadily climbing. At the same time, unemployment was stated to have dropped from a high of 10% in 2009 to 6.7% in 2013. That either means unemployment wasn't declining or the jobs Obama claimed credit for having created were so shitty and paid so little, he was only concerned about the quantity and not about the quality.
