A simple system to divide the Dollar, we will have Blue Dollars, and Red Dollars. People who want to invest on Wall Street, buy or invest in the technology of Silicon Valley, buy Hollywood entertainment, or just send their children to a good school will buy Blue Dollars. People who want to buy potatoes will invest in Red Dollars. Red States will have to get enough Blue Dollars to buy back all the investment that Wall Street has made in them.

We will let the market decide which states do the best.
