We have a broader freedom of speech, better gun rights, better median household income, a stronger economy, and more power in geopolitics.
The problem with the UK's healthcare system is that they don't have sufficient private competition to give citizens optimal options. The French system is a much better design, because people have plenty of public and private options for healthcare. The French model is really what Bernie should be aiming for.
Bernie must have been in Iowa recently offering more people something funded by someone else's money.
