There is no imperial presidency, so, yes, Trump and Nixon were and are and forever will be . . . guilty.

What was Nixon convicted of doing? What has Trump been convicted of doing?

Since the answer is nothing, it appears as if you don't understand the concept.

You thought a black boy was qualified due to skin color. You're hardly the one to be making such claims.

Nixon wasn't convicted of anything. The Senate Republicans told him they wouldn't support him in an impeachment trial, so he quit. But first he made sure that his successor would give him a blanket pardon.

Also he was a Quaker, like Trump is a Presbyterian.

Nixon was going to fight it to the end, when Republicans told him with no uncertainty that he would be convicted. At that time, Republicans were willing to vote for conviction, if the evidence was complete. Nixon went on to only agree to resign if he were promised a pardon. That was a pardon that he accepted.

The Supreme Court has found that accepting a pardon is the same as pleading no contest to being guilty. If you claim you are innocent, you are supposed to refuse the pardon. A pardon could be seen as a plea bargain where you admit you are guilty, and they agree not to punish you for being guilty.

trump's supposed charity has conceded guilt on several points. While debts are hard to get past corporate firewalls, criminal guilt is very easy to get past a corporate firewall.

The NIXON connection is eerie....no? Its almost a photographic negative of the same crime. Nixon wire tapped and spied on his political opponent.....Clinton paid a foreign spy to dig up dirt on her opponent and then used that misinformation to purchase a FISA warrant to spy on her opponent. Nixon edited the incriminating tapes......Clinton destroyed over 30K incriminating emails. Nixon was convicted by the media and pardoned by his political cronies.....Clinton was pardoned by the media and convicted/defeated by her political foe, Donald J. Trump.

    EERIE!
