Rudy was always a crook and a self promotor like Trump. What did he do on 911? He was hanging around with Kerik and they had a NYC love nest. Rudy certainly had the instincts to take advantage of 911. Someone said Rudy's conversation was 911 and a verb. He rode that horse until it dropped. He wanted to take 911 all the way to the Whitehouse.
