Is Trump Guilty Or Not?

The Democratic Party says that Trump is guilty because he thought to commit a crime. The Republican Party says that even if the Democrats accusations are true, Trump did not commit a crime because he did not follow through.

What is your opinion?

Impeachment isn't statutory, there doesn't have to be a criminal offense involved, everyone from Hamilton, Madison, all the way down to Lindsey Graham concur, in fact, when the Constitution was approved, no Federal criminal law was even in place
