The term sexual assault refers to sexual contact or behavior without explicit consent of the victim.
That's exactly what grabbing a woman's pussy is!
Being "a star",doesn't make it any less of a sexual assault.

Not at all. He lied...flat out.

The question was: Is lying about a blow job worth throwing a president out of office?

Right now the question is not whether Trump attempted to shake down Zelensky in order to improve his re-election chances...but whether doing that essentially hurt US interests.

Doesn't really matter, because the Senate will never convict him, no matter what.

Yes, I’d like to hear Bolton, Mulvaney and Rudy. They all played roles and have damning information.

There are 2 articles. I think if you squint hard enough you can argue about #1 but #2 is utter bullshit and is dangerous enough to weaken all Presidents moving forward.

Clinton did lie. That was never contested, but the act he lied about was a sexual act which did not hold up legal military aid in exchange for a personal favor. You are correct.

The Trump administration...and the reaction of congress to his shenanigans...ALMOST CERTAINLY HAVE WEAKENED THE PRESIDENCY FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE.

You should be able to see that.

You inadvertently conceded the point lol.

It’s *a question* of whether Trump did what he is *alleged* to have done.

When Republicans get their turn to send an incomplete investigation, disguised as articles of impeachment, to the Senate—you can spare the outrage, Frank.

They are both weak and dangerous.

Abuse of power can be any number of things. In fact, it will be whatever future Houses say it is. Democrats succeeded in trivializing impeachment and weakening the presidency all in one fell swoop.

All because they despise Donald Trump.

GAO is a part of the legislative branch not the judicial branch of government. They dont have power to render verdicts.

No it isn't idiot... several husbands WITH consent of their spouses would be arrested if that was the case.

Trump is an asshole but we would have ridden out the 4 years in he was not flagrantly breaking rules. He does what he wants and defies you to do anything about it. Trump's definition of privilege is incredible. If he really thinks it applies, then he should actually do it. If he used privilege, he would have to provide documentation and specifically and carefully designate what he wants blacked out and why. Instead, he waves his scepter and declares everything he does as beyond the reach of the branches that used to be equal branches.
Trump's concept of the presidency needs weakening. He has declared himself above the law and beyond the reach of the legislative and judicial branches.
Trump welcomed Rusian interference in 2016 and he seeks more foreign interference in this one. That cannot be allowed.

GAO is non-partisan, and if you're going to attack all the institutions whose job it is to provide accountability, you're participating in the corruption directly.
