Is Trump Guilty Or Not?

The Democratic Party says that Trump is guilty because he thought to commit a crime. The Republican Party says that even if the Democrats accusations are true, Trump did not commit a crime because he did not follow through.

My opinion is Democrats should have never impeached Trump without knowing [beyond their feels] whether Trump was guilty or not.

There’s never been an impeachment in the modern era where that question wasn’t already settled before the articles were voted on by the House.

Schiff can say and use any narrative he wants to during the UNCHALLENGED opening remarks... but guess what the defense will have their turn. Something tells me that the defense will identify the missing information in Schiffs opening remarks.

The "defense" will look like a bunch of bubbling fools...especially when compared with Adam Schiff. It should be good for a laugh from our side of this issue. I suspect your side will be hoping they get off the stage as quickly as possible.
