While MULVANEY was being 'discussed' on the SENATE floor all day long at the trial, at midnight while they were still presenting evidence on the SENATE floor, more evidence is dropped! You just can't make this shit up! Of course, Trump and CO. will claim there is nothing in there.

There are all kinds of groups demanding documents/emails and INFO under the Freedom of Information Act. What I don't know is if this has a public component to it where WE can watch to see who is being 'SUED' next to know to when to expect another shoe to drop. That would be fun to watch!

Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Director Mick Mulvaney released a huge cache of documents on Tuesday evening — minutes before the midnight deadline.

The documents were released to the ethics group American oversight, which had pursued a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the department.
“Two minutes before midnight, OMB released 192 pages of Ukraine-related records to American Oversight, including emails that have not been previously released,” American Oversight announced.

“The files released tonight include emails sent by OMB Acting Director Russell Vought and Assoc Director for National Security Michael Duffey — two key players in the withholding of Ukraine aid — in on the morning of President Trump’s July 25 call with President Zelensky,” the ethics group noted.

The very ABBREVIATED version of a true story. (My best recollection). I have an acquaintance that was involved in a lawsuit against FOX. The simplified version, she was a FOX affiliate reporter who SUED FOX because she was made to rewrite a story about an additive into COWS MILK that had some serious health concerns. After 2 years of rewrites involving FOX, the FLORIDA LEGISLATURE and the DAIRY LOBBY (Fl--I don't know if it was wider) some 24-30 rewrites of the story, she was FIRED because she would not 'bow'.

The case was 'legally' reduced to wrongful termination and FOX paid her off. The 'lore' version of the story is that FOX was sued and won the right to lie. FOX's version is FOX was sued for wrongful termination and they paid for 'that'.
