Biden has a long history of being an intelligent and honest politician. He was always one of the poorest. politicians.
His gaffes have characterized him for a long time. It is harmless, but still a source of worry for some of us. When he emerged as a front runner I figured it was a perfect time for him. His gaffes cannot approach Trump's. This is his best shot.
